Is a serial number enough information to order parts and ancillaries?
More information is often required along with the serial number.
As we are an independent company who deals with many different manufacturers; a serial number alone is very difficult to identify the correct manufacture let alone the blower model and size.
If we have sold or repaired this blower previously we may have records, however we would need your order information to identify it.
The following information should help us to positively ID a blower:
Photos
Serial plate details including:
Manufacturer
Model
Size
Serial Number
Sometimes we require the serial number to obtain correct parts from OEMs.
Some blower ancillaries are available; such as filter elements, but this would largely depend on if the blower was originally sold as a complete package, or with the required ancillaries included in the original new order.
Often blowers are sold bare-shaft and are then retro-fitted on to an existing package, or have after-market parts retro-fitted to the blower. In these instances the blower serial number would not hold any record of the actual ancillaries fitted to it.
If you can take photos and measurements of the ancillaries we may be able to identify the parts you require
Working together co-operatively, we can find the parts you require.
