Office Administrator - Filled
Outline:
- General Office Work
- Assistance with completion of ISO systems and KPI Registers
- Assisting sales department with enquiries and paperwork
- Additional duties may also include basic marketing including social media updates
Requirements:
- IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills
- Must be a good communicator
- Team Player
- Sage Accounts software knowledge advantageous
Workshop Assistant - Filled
Outline:
You will play a vital role in the smooth running of our workshop and sales departments.
As part of the workshop assistant role you will assist both the workshop fitters and sales department in the preparation of orders. This includes roles such as:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Administrative preparation of repairs
- Keeping track of purchase orders
- Assembling repair kit boxes
- Preparation of blowers for building
- Finishing blower repairs, including painting and packing.
- Packing sales items
- Communication with sales and workshop to relay important information
- Stock control
- Basic housekeeping duties, including H&S checks
- Onward progression to workshop fitter with suitable in-house training is possible; if position is available.
- Basic engineering fitting experience
- Clean driving licence
- Valid Fork Truck Licence (proof will be required)
- Team Player
- Well organised and able to use own initiative
- IT Literate with practical experience of using basic Excel spreadsheets
- Good communicator
