We know that some customers rely on swapping out their old machine with a new one at short notice; that is why we try to hold on stock a core range of new blowers which are popular with our customers. If we do not or cannot hold a new blower (for example Hick Hargreaves blowers which are no longer manufactured), we aim to have a refurbished blower available.
Our refurbished blowers are always built with new bearings and seals with any part deemed to be substandard being replaced or refurbished back to OEM tolerances.
Our refurbished blowers are typically available for service exchange, other options include hire or outright purchase of a refurbished blower (where viable).
Unlike some other blower service companies, we aim for our refurbished blowers to be as good as new, and we back up this with our 15-month warranty*
At S and A Engineering Services, we can provide a repair and overhaul service for your blowers, backed by our 15 month warranty with decades of experience and specialist equipment.
However, we understand that some clients are required to repair in-house or at their company approved repair facility: in these instances we can provide repair kits along with a variety of other blower parts if required.
We have a small selection of packaged air blowers and exhausters as complete sets which can be loaned as a back up or stand in.
These have been used to keep customer processes operational until a solution to a blower failure can be implemented.
We can supply OEM and aftermarket ancillary items from air filters to custom-made silencers.
We class ancillary items as the parts and equipment fitted directly to the bare-shaft blower, or within the enclosure of the packaged unit.
